Drop Dawsons a line using Facebook Messenger

Since lockdown began, one of the things we’ve been very conscious of doing is making sure everyone knows we’re available and contactable, despite not being able to meet in person or conduct in-person viewings.

One way we’ve been achieving this, is by adding the ability to use Facebook Messenger to our website and so far, it’s been a roaring success!

We’ve been able to respond to questions, answer sales and lettings enquiries by sending them to the relevant teams, and taking the details and specifications of people who haven’t yet found the home they’re looking for, but are looking to rent or buy in the local area.

It’s really easy, once on our website you just need to click on the blue button with a speech bubble on it in the bottom left corner. It might ask you to sign into your Facebook account, but once you’ve done this you can drop us a message from any page on our website.

You can send us a message at any time, and we will get back to you within 24 hours, although the reality is we’ll usually respond within one or two.

While you are in Facebook, why not LIKE our page.  We post daily about all things SWANSEA, whats going on in the local community and, of course, our featured properties too!

Although we might not be greeting you with a smile in person, it’s still personal – and we love being able to talk to you and get your property questions answered.

We’ll never get tired of hearing a ping and seeing the messages of happy customers:
