With Dawsons you are in safe hands

As no doubt you will have all heard, the UK Government has issued the ‘green light’ for all estate and rental agents in England to re-open. Whilst this does not apply to Wales at this moment, we would hope the Welsh Government will equally give us the ‘green light’ on June 1st.

We want to reassure all our clients for when we are allowed to operate to include viewings and market appraisals that we have a strict socially distant work plan and procedures in place to ensure the safety of all our clients, which we can implement quickly and ensure we get back to full operations.

We fully realise the anxiety and stress caused by the lockdown for many of our clients in the throes of selling/letting and buying/renting and so hopefully those clients will be able to get onto the next stage of their lives as quickly as possible.

New buyer/tenant and seller/landlord enquiries recover week on week, pointing to the fact that people still want to move with significant pent up demand for viewings and market appraisals. We are anticipating a big post lockdown leap in activity, which will hopefully make up for all the lost time.

In readiness for when hopefully restrictions will be lifted on June 1st, we will be writing to all our clients separately to include our vendors/landlords, purchasers/tenants, and potential buyers/tenants actively looking for a property to advise them of our strict procedures in place to put their minds at ease when conducting property viewings and carrying out market appraisals.

Should you have any queries or concerns in the interim, please call your local branch. All our managers continue to work remotely to help and support you during this time.

#stayalert #staysafe

With our best wishes,

Dawsons (1)
