Killay is literally at the ‘gateway’ to the Gower Peninsula the first area to be designated an area of out-standing natural beauty. Dawsons celebrated 30 years in business in 2021, winning numerous accolades through the decades, 2023 being no exception with all our branches being awarded exceptional rating in both Sales & Lettings in this year's EA Masters (Estate Agents Masters), estate and letting agent of the year at the Property Reporter Awards and more recently achieving community champion of the year alongside Best Regional Agent at the Relocation Agent Network (RAN) Awards in November 2023. David Parton
Branch Manager
David has gained the best part of 20 years industry
experience since leaving Swansea Met University with a degree in Marketing and is currently managing our Killay branch. David oversees all aspects of the day to day running of the branch alongside carrying out the property valuations within the area. David also links up with our dedicated Sales Progression Team to help ensure the agreed sales reach a satisfactory Completion.
Sue Mills
Sales Progression
Sue joined our Dawsons Sales Progression team between our Killay, Morriston and Llanelli branches in September 2021, after many years of experience as a legal assistant for various solicitor firms. Sue has harmonized the team by successfully transferring her skills and experience to her sales progression role and through her dedicated approach, has helped get many people over the finish line to their dream home. When Sue isn’t helping Dawsons sellers and buyers, she spends her time cooking and baking cakes for her grandchildren, and her work colleagues are often being lucky enough to sample some delicious cake too!
Patsy Rogers
Property Sales Consultant
Patsy joins our Killay Branch bringing with her in excess of 30 years of Estate Agency experience! Patsy is a very well known and popular agent and will primarily be carrying out Market Appraisals for the office. Around her love of property Patsy enjoys working out in the gym, walks along the wonderful Gower Coastline and beaches, as well as socialising with her friends.
Mo Rabab
Property Sales Consultant
Having worked as a hospitality manager, Mo joined Team Dawsons in August 2023 after wanting a career change in the property industry. Mo enjoys learning and developing his property consultant skills whilst helping clients find their dream home. In Mo's spare time, you will often find Mo cooking yummy Italian foods.
Imogen Griffin

Imogen has joined the Killay Team as our dedicated Saturday Negotiator and has brought a huge amount of energy and enthusiasm! With her past experience in retail, customer care is at the forefront of her mind and customers are reaping the benefits! Imogen loves spending time with friends and family when she's not in work.
David Treharne
Mortgage Advisor
David is a local man and has worked in Financial Services in and around Swansea for over 25 years, and has worked alongside Dawsons since November 2008. Whilst David is based in Dawsons Llanelli office he currently also covers all branches. He is fully qualified with a full FPC (Financial Planning Certificate) and MAQ (Mortgage Advice Qualification).
