Over the past week, those values have been recognised on a national stage, with three prestigious industry awards celebrating two of the areas we care about most: customer service and community impact. Whilst we are incredibly proud of the recognition, we are even prouder of what these awards represent.
Built on Trust
This year's Kerfuffle Conference, held at ICC Wales, centred around a theme that couldn't have resonated more with our own values: Built on Trust.
Bringing together estate agency professionals from across the UK, the conference was an opportunity to learn from industry leaders, exchange ideas and explore how businesses can continue to evolve while remaining focused on the people they serve. Throughout the day, one message came through consistently: lasting success is built on trust, strengthened through clear communication, consistency and genuine relationships.
It was fantastic to have colleagues from across Dawsons representing the business, taking inspiration from an outstanding programme of speakers, reconnecting with industry friends and celebrating everything that's positive about our profession.
Receiving the Gold Award for Best Agent Customer Service during the event was a proud moment for the team. More importantly, it reinforced something we strive to achieve every day: creating an experience where clients feel listened to, supported and valued from beginning to end.
Congratulations also go to two of our valued industry partners, TDS and ValPal, on receiving Gold awards in their respective categories. It was wonderful to see organisations that play such an important role within our industry recognised for their own commitment to excellence.

That commitment was recognised at this year's Agents Giving Fundraising Champions Awards in July 2026 at The Coombe Abbey Hotel, Coventry, where Dawsons was honoured to receive both the Best Community Fundraising Award and the Cecil Jackson - Cole Award for Corporate Social Responsibility for the second consecutive year.
These accolades celebrate the collective efforts of colleagues across the business who willingly dedicate their time, energy and enthusiasm to making a positive difference throughout the communities we proudly serve. From charity fundraising and local partnerships to supporting schools, sports clubs and community organisations, these initiatives have become part of who we are as a business.
