The Relocation Agent Network (RAN) Awards and Conference is always a standout date in our calendar, but this year feels particularly special. Winning the Community Champion Award for the third consecutive year is something we are enormously proud of. Community isn’t a side project at Dawsons, it’s woven into everything we do.
From long-standing charity partnerships and local fundraising initiatives, to supporting schools, food banks, charities, sports clubs and grassroots organisations across Swansea and beyond, our team lives and breathes community every single day. This award is recognition of collective effort, passion and care shown by our people, often quietly and consistently, behind the scenes.
To be recognised once is an honour. To be recognised three years running is a reminder that doing the right thing, consistently, really does matter.
Our Back in the Room campaign was born from a clear belief: that traditional, in-room auctions still have a powerful place in today’s property market.
The campaign focused on education, transparency and confidence, helping clients understand the value of face-to-face auctions while reintroducing energy, clarity and trust into the process. From creative content and social storytelling to PR and client engagement, Back in the Room demonstrated how strategic marketing can support better outcomes for buyers, sellers and the wider network.
To see this campaign recognised at a national level is a huge credit to the team behind it and to our willingness to challenge trends while staying client-focused.
Winning Best RAN Marketing Campaign for the second year running is particularly meaningful.
Our relationship with the Relocation Agent Network goes far beyond attendance or visibility. We actively and continuously promote RAN, its values and its members, because we believe relocation works best when agents genuinely collaborate.
Whether it’s through ongoing content, client education and support, internal training or championing the network across our platforms, this award recognises sustained commitment rather than a one-off initiative.
