Following the resounding success of our “Back in the Room” live auction in March 2025, Dawsons Auction House is delighted to announce that our next in-room auction will be held on Wednesday 12th November 2025 at the Swansea.com Stadium once again.
This marks the second of our BACK IN THE ROOM Auctions, firmly re-establishing a tradition that we know so many buyers and sellers across South Wales have been waiting for.
A Triumphant Return in March
When we stepped back into the room earlier this year, the atmosphere was electric. A packed auction hall, buzzing with energy, saw a wide variety of lots go under the hammer from residential homes to investment properties and development opportunities. The day exceeded all expectations, reaffirming why the live auction remains such a vital part of the property market.
Meet the Team
Our dedicated auction team, headed by Auction Manager David Parton, is supported by in-house auctioneer James Dawson, along with Angel and Harrison. Together, they bring expertise, energy, and approachability to every stage of the auction process, from valuation through to the fall of the gavel, all backed by the wider, fantastic Team Dawsons.
