The only Welsh Agent to win at Industry Charity Event 2022
‘Agents Giving’ the charity for the property industry, works with Estate and Lettings Agents and their suppliers across the UK to encourage, support and promote their fundraising activities. With Phil Spencer as their patron the charity have raised great amounts over the years for so many local and national charities close to the hearts of the nation.
Phil spencer notes;

Together we can make a real difference to our local communities and national charities.”
Dawsons your local leading estate agent have supported Agents Giving for some time now and having Agents Giving’s South Wales Regional Ambassador within their fold, have actively promoted the charity with peers and clients alike.
Agents Giving host an annual charity ball at Epsom Downs racecourse, a regular calendar entry for many agents throughout the country. During the event there is a show stopping glitterball trophy dance competition, ‘some may say the Strictly of Estate Agents’ along with a charity raffle and awards. Estate agents and their teams are nominated for several different awards relating to their charity and community work within the previous 12 months with winners being announced and presented with their trophies at the glamourous event.
Dawsons were lucky enough to come away from the event with two awards, one for their team fundraising and one for their Marketing and PR coordinator Naomi Webborn for her individual fundraising efforts.
The awards were:
Best Team Fundraising Award recognising the team that has been committed to carrying out fundraising in their local communities and neighbourhoods, showing understanding of the needs for these local causes. A team that has involved everyone in their community efforts and most of all pulled together when they needed to, showing true team spirit, a team who works well in and out of the office environment.
And Best Individual Fundraising Award celebrating those selfless people who consistently do the most extraordinary good deeds and show a real personal commitment to what they do and the personal story and reasoning behind their efforts large or small, all for the greater good.

‘We were delighted to be coming away with two awards this year, it was a great event that we thoroughly enjoyed, catching up with many other agents from around the country. The awards speak volumes for ‘Team Dawsons’ and the efforts they put in daily to ensure their branch really is part of the community in which they work and supporting those charities close to home.
