Award-Winning Agent: What does this mean to YOU, our client?

Born in 1991, Dawsons Estate Agents has over 30 years of experience in ‘All Things Property’ and with an extensive array of Awards in our virtual and physical cabinets. To us ‘Estate Agents’ within the trade, this is a fantastic accolade but to YOU as the client what does this mean?

To us ‘the agent’ we understand why and how we win these awards, but we want to ensure YOU our client understands too. So, whilst we display these awards to show our success we also want to take some time to confirm the process of the achievements.

The awards for Dawsons began in 2011 with the first Sunday Times ‘Gold Award’ being achieved. The process for just one award is a great deal more extensive than many people realise. In most cases, the awards are not just simply: nominate, be voted for in order to win, for some awards the process takes the full 12 months of the year.

The awarding body will invest a great deal of time studying the Estate Agent, with mystery shops across all channels (phone, in the branch, via web-based services), website audits, social media audits, customer reviews and feedback, and so much more. This, therefore, ensures that by the time the award is presented to the company, the services provided have been consistent and of a high level over many months. Achieving year on year, with the continuity of awards ensures a strong commitment to our clients and the service we provide. With YOU the client benefiting from such rigorous checks, you can be sure we have everything covered to ensure your property journey with us is a smooth one.
