Moving home during the Coronavirus pandemic in Wales

We just wanted to reassure you that despite the ongoing pandemic, we’re still here for people looking to move home, whether that be buying, selling, letting, or renting a property.

It’s nearly a year since the pandemic started, and we’re following government guidelines to the letter when it comes to moving home in South Wales at the current time.

There have been a few changes along the way due to updated guidelines and regulation, so we thought we would provide an overview of how we’re currently operating.

Offices

Our offices aren’t available for the general public to walk in and speak to the team. However, if you need to get in touch with someone from any of our branches, all of the offices are manned and you can find the correct contact information to get hold of your local branch on our contact page, here.

Property viewings

At the moment, virtual viewings are our main offering when it comes to looking at property. This is in accordance with government guidelines, and it’s all about keeping both you, the seller or sitting tenant, and the Dawsons team safe – that’s our main priority.

If you require an in-person viewing, please get in touch with the relevant branch and we'll talk you through whether a particular viewing is possible and if so, how it will need to be conducted.

We hope you’re keeping safe and well, and if you have any questions or queries at all about moving whilst abiding to the current strict government guidelines, please don’t hesitate to get in touch – we’re here for you.
