Long Term Lets
We manage a large portfolio of apartments for a long standing Swansea landlord company who pride themselves on both good standards of accommodation and a long term settled approach to property management. Part of this approach is that each rental must be for a minimum period of 12 months, and that set age restrictions apply to each of the apartment blocks. These age restrictions differ between apartment blocks, therefore please make contact with our office for further information on this provision.

We as a company are contracted to fully manage these apartments and tenancies, therefore providing peace of mind to tenants that the overall management including maintenance, tenancies and tenancy account matters will be dealt with professionally and efficiently.
