Senior Partner and co founder, born and bred in Swansea and a former partner in the leading independent local firm of Henry Jones & Hobbs. When Abbey National plc acquired that business Michael served 3 years as Commercial Director for Wales and West before leaving to found Dawsons in 1991. Responsibilities within Dawsons include the general management of all commercial and professional business avenues. Michael Dawson is also chairman at the Swansea Building Society.

Joined Henry Jones & Hobbs as a young man working his way through that firm until acquisition by Abbey National plc where upon Chris became an area director leaving to join Dawsons in 1992. Currently responsible for all property sales, lettings, land and auction matters. The general direction of the business and new technology are equally his main interests.

Joined Dawsons in 1998 from Peter Alan (subsidiary of Principality Building Society) where for many years he had been in charge of their Swansea sales operation. Currently operating out of the Land and New Homes Office with responsibility for all Dawsons personnel issues as well as the day to day matters within the practice.

Over 40 years experience at the sharp end of estate agency with another of Swansea's leading independents up until its acquisition by the Principality Building Society. Garry embarked on his own account in the late 80's and merged his business interests with the newly formed Dawsons. Currently based at Mumbles.

The most recent addition to the Partnership, James joined the Company in January 2005 after being qualified as a Chartered Surveyor for three years. His main involvement apart from commercial surveying is the management of commercial properties as well as advising clients on investment purchases.
