Saturday Viewing Assistants

We are currently seeking a number of Saturday personnel to join Swansea’s biggest, truly independent leading estate agency as a Saturday Sales Viewing Assistant to join our highly successful teams in our Fine and Country Department based in Mumbles, Mumbles Sales and Swansea Sales.

The role will require excellent communication skills over the phone and face to face. You need to hungry, driven, smart, professional and deliver out-standing customer service.

We will provide you with all the training and are equally committed to ensure your career progression and development.

Key Responsibilities:-

Assist clients on accompanied viewings
Assist customer enquiries both in person, over the telephone or via email
Maintain up-dated records on client data base.

Current driving licence essential. Ability to commit to in house training during the week as agreed.

During holidays/sickness we do have the opportunity to provide overtime, so a degree of flexibility would be advantageous, however, this is not guaranteed. 

Office opening hours Saturday 9am - 4pm

Financial Services Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Dawsons' leading independent estate agency in the capacity of Financial Services Administrator based in our Sketty Sales Branch.
The position is full time on a permanent basis.
Experience in the financial services sector would be advantageous. 

Main Responsibilities:
- To provide an accurate, efficient and supportive administrative service to our 3 advisers.
- Creating and compiling full compliant files.
- Addressing clients and intermediaries' enquiries.
- Full preparation of client files for review.
- Comply with our company standard procedures and all statutory legislative regulations.

The individual:
- Previous administrative experience is desirable in the financial services -              -sector though not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of computer literacy with experience of software such as Word, -Excel etc.
- Able to organise requirements as an individual and as part of a team.
- Highly organised. Competent time management and prioritising skills.
 
  Own car is a necessity.

Residential Administrator/Negotiator

A great opportunity presents itself to an individual currently looking to undertake a dual, full time role in administration/sales, working within a sales environment, based in our Morriston Sales Branch.   The role presents excellent career progression.

You will need to be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment driven by targets.  You will be need to be bubbly and sociable, ideally with an interest in property and have a natural bourne flair for sales.

Maintain and develop a computerised client and prospect database.  Advising clients of new properties on the market.

The individual:

- Previous administrative experience is desirable and advantageous.

Residential Letting Property Maintenance Coordinator (Permanent and 12 month maternity cover available):

Dawsons Swansea’s Largest Lettings Agency with 5 dedicated branches across Swansea and Llanelli, is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated team player to join our department as a property maintenance coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for both a permanent role and 12 months maternity cover within the lettings industry and with Wales current Sunday Times letting agent of the year.

Dawsons pro-active approach to lettings and our ability to provide our clients with a quick and efficient personal service, is foremost in our thinking. Our market is competitive so we need someone that is highly energetic and willing to go that extra mile to get the job done.

Main Responsibilities:

- Liaising with tenants and landlords on all aspects of direct property maintenance and services reported by either party or identified as a result of property inspections.

- Liaising with Dawsons  and client contractors, along with warranty/guarantee service providers.
- Organising and the completing of legal requirements of both landlord and agent with regard yearly certificates, any annual, 5 and 10 yearly inspections.
- Facilitating quarterly property inspections, by liaising closely with Dawsons property inspectors. 
- A number of key administration office duties .
- Pro-activeness demonstrating skills that both retain and build a client base of managed and occupied properties.

The Individual:

Our property maintenance coordinators, from the very outset along with our negotiators, and valuers, are the face of Dawsons, assisting our managers in developing and growing each office.
